Lydia Nathalie Neal, the daughter of Omar Neal and his wife Sarah, was the third wife of William Lockwood [1]. The couple married in 1900 and had one recorded child, George William Lockwood, born that same year. Until her mother's death in 1898, Lydia had been William's step-daughter as a result of her own mother's marriage to him cir 1885.
