NOTE: Listed in 1901 Census form as the Grandson of Sarah Cuthbert Lockwood, the widow of John William Lockwood. He was listed as being three years old, indicating his third birthday would have been between 1 January 1888 and 5 April 1901. His parentage has not yet been established ad it remains a possibility that he is, in fact, Edward B Lockwood, born a year earlier, and the grandson of John William's brother Philip James Lockwood [1].
